Shipping

All items will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering.

Pots are shipped at a flat rate of $9 for the first piece and an additional $4 per piece after that. Flat rate shipping usually takes 1-7 business days. Please contact me if you desire a faster shipping option.

Plants are shipped bare-root without pots. Please include a 72 hour heat pack in your order if your temperature is below 40F.

For California residents, please read about Prop 65 here. California law requires nurseries to display this label to customers.

If you live close to San Mateo, then had delivery could be an option (please contact me at doctorprickly@gmail.com)

Returns

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If there is any damage during shipping, please send me photos of the plant and packaging within 72 h of delivery so we can discuss an exchange or store credit. We cannot offer credit or exchanges after 72 hours as we cannot control how the plant was cared for after it was shipped and delivered healthy.

Incomplete / Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm that your order address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If packages are returned, to have them correctly delivered may incur charges for the replacement of plants damaged in transit due to “Return to Sender,” along with a new shipping fee. Packages cannot be resent without us receiving the original package from the courier.
